Your order will go through a collaborative design process where we incorporate all details and logos related to your deal into an artwork proof for your review. You can request unlimited design revisions at no charge, until you approve your design. We never produce anything that you haven't approved. 

Once your design is finalized and approved, we go into production. The whole process takes about 4 weeks for you to have your customized deal toys in hand. If you need faster delivery, rush services are available.
