We've designed our service to give you a clear, guaranteed path to get your awards on time. In fact, we stand by it with an On-Time Delivery Guarantee: Your awards arrive on or before your guaranteed date, or your order is free.
We will design and deliver your order in 20 business days from the date of your artwork approval. Orders of $1000 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
- Standard lead time is 20 business days
- Delivery in 14 business days: +10% rush
- Delivery in 10 business days: +20% rush
- Delivery in 6 business days: +30% rush
- Delivery in 4 business days: +50% rush
- Delivery in 2 business days: +100% rush
How to calculate Shipping Rates
Your shipping rate is determined by you order value, which includes:
- The total cost of all awards, options and services
- Minus any discounts
Within MetroVancouver
Free Shipping:
- If your order is $1000 or more, and your delivery time is 20+ days you will receive free shipping to one location. Shipments to additional addresses within Metro Vancouver are $30 each.
Shipping Fees:
- If your order value is under $1000, shipping is a flat rate of $30.
- Shipments to additional addresses are $30 each.
Rush Orders:
- All rush orders regardless of order value have a flat shipping rate of $50.
- Rush shipments to additional addresses are $30 each.
Canada + Mainland USA
Free Shipping:
- If your order is $1000 or more, and your delivery time is 20+ days you will receive free shipping to one location.
- Shipments to additional addresses within Canada are $50 each.
- Shipments to additional addresses within Mainland USA are $60 each.
Shipping Fees:
- If your order value is under $1000, shipping is a flat rate of $75.
- Shipments to additional addresses within Canada are $50 each.
- Shipments to additional addresses within Mainland USA are $60 each.
Rush Orders:
- All rush orders, regardless of order value, have a flat shipping rate of $125.
- Rush Shipments to additional addresses within Canada are $90 each.
- Rush Shipments to additional addresses within Mainland USA are $90 each.
International Orders
For shipping beyond Canada and Mainland USA, shipping rates are determined by the size and destination of your order. Send us your details and we will provide you a quote. Visit this page to learn more about our international shipping service.

Your event is special and we know it’s crucial that your awards are delivered on time. Whether you need your awards in 3 days or 6 months from now, we guarantee on-time delivery or your order is free. After all, how much are your awards worth if they arrive after your event?
We are shipping and logistics experts with over 25 years of experience, which means we provide a higher standard of service when meeting your delivery needs. It doesn’t matter if you want your awards shipped all together, shipped to 50 individual locations, or shipped to an exotic location, you can order with confidence and peace of mind, knowing your order will arrive safely and on time.

How long until my awards are delivered?
Our standard lead time is 20 business days from the date of your artwork approval to your in-hand date. Once you've provided your personalization details, we will send you an artwork proof within 2 days. Your artwork proof is custom designed to incorporate all the details you provided and show you what your awards will look like.
If you need faster delivery, we offer several tiers of rush services, right up to two day delivery throughout Canada and the US, and even same day delivery within Vancouver.
Notes:
- Orders received before 9 am PST start that same day; orders received after 9 am begin the following day.
- Your lead time is determined by your artwork approval date and your requested delivery date.
- Eclipse Awards ensures delivery by the end of day on your requested delivery date. If you require delivery by a specific time of day, be sure to request a delivery date at least one or two days prior to that day.
- Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
- To meet your requested delivery date, we require your active involvement in the artwork review and approval process. In all cases, failure to approve your artwork in a timely manner may delay delivery or incur rush charges to accelerate production.

You can place your order without all of these details, however your order is not confirmed until we have received them all. Once we have received all your details, we will email you an order confirmation to get your order into our production schedule to begin the design process.
* Note: when ordering online, you can indicate “Personalize Now” or “Personalize Later” during the checkout process. Select “Personalize Later” if you want to place your order, but still need time to gather your files and personalization details.

Rush Services
Our standard lead time is 20 business days. Any order required in 14 business days or less is considered a Rush Order. Rush Orders are immediately added into our design and production queue, receiving prompt and constant attention until your order is safely delivered on time.
Rush charges are applied to awards, options and services (but not to shipping), as follows:
- Apply 100% for guaranteed delivery within 2 business days (USA & Canada only)
- Apply 50% for guaranteed delivery within 4 business days (USA & Canada only)
- Apply 30% for guaranteed delivery within 6 business days
- Apply 20% for guaranteed delivery within 10 business days
- Apply 10% for guaranteed delivery within 14 business days
- No rush charges are applied to orders delivered in 15+ business days

Requested Delivery Dates
Eclipse Awards ships all orders to arrive by the end of day on your requested delivery date, or earlier. When ordering, please try to request a delivery date that is at least 2-3 business days before your awards will be presented.
The shipping cost is determined delivery destination, and requested delivery date of your order. Once your order has been completed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number for reference.
For deliveries within Greater Vancouver, we also use Novex Delivery Solutions, a low emissions green courier.
Clients within Greater Vancouver may request to pick up orders from our studio at 614 Alexander St. in Vancouver, anytime between 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Drop Shipping To Multiple Addresses
If you'd like to split your order and have it shipped to multiple locations, please select drop shipping during checkout. Drop shipping involves splitting your order and shipping it to multiple addresses. Many clients request drop shipping when sending awards directly to recipients at home, or to multiple branch offices. We monitor all drop shipments through to delivery and we have priority access to UPS, our preferred shipping partner. Plus, with over 25 years of shipping experience, we're aware of common shipping challenges and we plan around them. When it comes to shipping logistics and safe delivery, we have you covered!

Packaging
Reducing our environmental footprint is important, in addition to ensuring your order arrives safely. At Eclipse Awards, we’ve made the following commitments to reduce waste and eliminate plastics wherever possible:
No plastic tape.
We pack and seal a lot of boxes, so eliminating plastic packing tape has been huge. We’ve invested in a device that uses paper tape instead, and also cuts the tape to specific sizes to minimize waste.
Reuse and repurpose packing materials.
We use biodegradable packing peanuts and occasionally recyclable air pillows in our shipments. However, we also reuse all packing materials that we receive, which is why you might sometimes find repurposed styrofoam peanuts in your shipments. It’s not perfect, but we want to ensure safe delivery every time and any breakage in transit is definitely not eco-friendly.

We are working to providing you with a plastic free experience, so that you don’t have to worry about adding more plastic into the world. We are not there yet, but we are actively working towards reducing our use of plastics and we welcome your feedback or suggestions for improvements.
